We recommend a size that would sit comfortably in the palm of your hand. Here is a guide with sizes measured on the longest length:

Children up to 12 years: 10cm to 12cm.

Teens and Adults with small palm: 12cm to 15cm

Adults with medium palm: 14cm to 15cm and above

Adults with large palm: 15cm and above

1. Wet the sponge in warm water until completely soaked and soft. Squeeze to remove excess water but avoid wringing.

1. Prepare a mixture of 1 tbsp baking soda to 1 cup water in a bowl.
2. Soak for 15 mins
3. Rinse with clean water
