We recommend a size that would sit comfortably in the palm of your hand. Here is a guide with sizes measured on the longest length:

Babies and Toddlers: 10cm to 12cm.

Teens and Adults with average size palm: 13cm to 15.5cm

Adults with large palm: 15.5cm and above

For domestic, art, pets, automobiles and boats: 17cm and above

You may wish to start out with a small size if this is your first time, before settling on your ideal size.

These steps will help you get the best out of your sponge.

Using your sponge

1. Wet the sponge in warm water until completely soaked and soft. Squeeze to remove excess water but avoid wringing.
2. Apply small amount of soap or body wash. Squeeze a few more times to generate lather.
3. The sponge is now ready and will soften with each use.

Cleaning your sponge

1. Prepare a mixture of 1 tbsp baking soda to 1 cup water in a bowl.
2. Soak for 15 mins
3. Rinse with clean water

After use simply squeeze all water out and hang up in a dry area
